Washing
Rugs are then placed on the wash floor in our cleaning plant. Any stains or problems are pre-treated by hand. The rug is then wet down and soap is applied for washing (we use biodegradable soap, formulated for hair and natural fibers.) The surface is scrubbed using brushes and a pressure wand is used to remove deep-down dirt from within the foundation of the pile. The rug is then rinsed thoroughly and fed through a ringer to remove the excess water.
