A thorough cleaning using a wetwash, hands on cleaning process is imperative to keeping oriental rugs in good condition and beautiful for many , many years, and generations of use. At Christian Lorraine that is our specialty.
Process Overview
Pick-up & Delivery
We will pick-up your rugs for cleaning and deliver them back to you when the process is complete. Call to schedule pick-up and delivery dates and times (804) 344-0081.
Cash & Carry
Bring the rugs in to us for cleaning Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30 pm. We have a loading zone in front of the store and we will assist you in unloading/loading your rugs.
Basic Prices
Pick-up/delivery:
- $1.75 per square foot ($75 minimum)
- $60 pick-up/delivery fee for Richmond area.
- $85 or higher for points outside of Richmond.
Cash and carry:
- $1.50 per square foot ($20 minimum)
- *Antique rugs may require extra care handling. Price may vary.
Other Prices
Pricing may vary depending on the condition of the rug. Extra dirty rugs, soot, mildew, animal urine, excretement, water & smoke damage, soil retardant, moth proofing, etc, will require additional pricing.
Once we receive your rug:
We evaluate the structure/condition of your rug for any necessary repair.
