General turn around time

At first our turn around time may seem a bit long, but please remember all of the cleaning and repair work is done by hand. We would rather take a few days longer to ensure that your rug gets the proper personal attention that we have built our reputation on.

For our standard cleaning, the turn around time is approximately 2-3weeks.

For our urine wash, the turn around time is approximately 6-8 weeks.

Repair generally adds 5-7 weeks depending on the extent of the repair. Currently we are running 17-18 weeks with cleaning and repair rugs.

Large repair projects may run extra time.
